As the title suggests, this episode is all about yielding in order to hear from the Lord.  Mitchell and Michele discuss this concept by looking at meditation and how that will help you learn how to yield.  Then they both give examples of how they fail at yielding in their daily lives, and some of the prayers that they pray while driving.  Then Michele finishes this episode with a heart felt entry from her journal that is worth listening to.
